Questioner: In the ‘Gita' , there is the saying, “Prakruti prasave shrushti.” Therefore, in the ‘Gita' , Lord Krishna has said, the universe is created through me (Lord Krishna).

Dadashri: That is correct; a lot has been revealed in the ‘Gita'. Many things have been disclosed. There are many points that have been left undisclosed. Now whereever there is reference to ‘I', it refers to the Shuddhatma (the pure soul) and not Lord Krishna. Now, people tend to understand this in their own language; they interpret it in their own way. And no human, not even God, has control over the actions of the prakruti . It is only the work for vyavasthit shakti (scientific circumstantial circumstances). To be exact, a man whether he is handsome or ugly, is entirely in the hands of Vyavasthit . It is exact. There is no deviating from this.

Questioner: But whether vyavasthit makes one good looking or ugly, what is that based on?

Dadashri: That is dependent upon us. Wherever we deviated from the norm and became avasthit (away from nature) from our initial inner intent, it is coming around now in this life as our Vyavasthit .
