That is why I thought of building the derasar (temple). Otherwise, I do not think of even building an ashram . I would not build an ashram . I would sit anywhere and give satsangs .

Questioner: The Jain religion forbids building ashrams , does it not?

Dadashri: Yes, but it is okay as far as the Jain religion is concerned. I am against building ashrams. These messages all came (to me) for this temple and that is why it is being constructed. It is my sign for the salvation of the world.

Otherwise, I am not someone who would lay even a brick! As it is, those that have already been laid have been useless. And as a result, this entrapment or whatever you may call it, has come about, but otherwise I am not the kind of man who will cement bricks.

Along with that, a thought also occurred to me that if we could erect a derasar for Simandhar Swami it would be good. It is for people's benefit. However many people will come to do darshan and worship Simandhar Swami, they will attain greater fruits, because this Tirthankar is present. He is considered a present and living Tirthankar . He is very helpful!

So now the time has come for me to lay some bricks. Otherwise, there was nothing in my Gnan about laying any bricks!

That is why many people are saying that now Dada too, is taking part in building derasar ! But I am thrown into such a situation now.
